Hannah Moffatt

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority

Hannah Moffatt is the Provincial Lead for Learning and Sharing with Shared Health’s Health System Integration and Quality Team.  She is supporting quality, safety, and person-centered care in Manitoba’s health system.

Originally from St. John’s, Hannah has made herself at home from coast to coast. She has lived in Montreal, Vancouver, and Antigonish and moved to Winnipeg to join the team at the WRHA.

Her work crosses sectors and partnerships for health equity, anti-racism, food security, financial empowerment, and broadly the social determinants of health.

Hannah holds a Bachelor in Environmental Science from McGill University and a Master of Public Health from Simon Fraser University.

Hannah participates with the Manitoba Public Health Association and Make Poverty History Manitoba. She believes we need to work upstream and involve community members to alter the institutions, policies, and practices that cause health inequities.
