Dina Juras

Dina Juras has been a public servant for 25 years and is currently the Regional Director, Public Health Agency of Canada, MB/SK Region.

Her career began with Health Canada as a program manager to establish a national office to oversee the HIV/AIDS portfolio. She was a temporary advisor to the United Nations AIDS Program. Her career then took her to the Department of Justice to establish and manage offices of the National Crime Prevention Centre in Winnipeg and Regina. Dina then took on responsibilities at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, advancing strategies and partnerships to increase social and economic outcomes for Indigenous people.

Dina received a degree from the University of Manitoba, graduated from the Public Sector Management Program and was a recipient of the Academic Achievement Award. She is a certified Interpersonal Wellness Coach and is passionate about social justice.
