Human-Centred Design & Prototyping for Community Change

Community Innovation is one of the approaches that is increasingly used to solve challenging issues in communities across the country.

These hands-on workshops offered by the Tamarack Institute focus on how to use human-centred design and prototyping approaches in your community change initiatives. Learn from Tamarack Institute’s Galen MacLusky, as he brings his community innovation toolkit to Winnipeg October 23 and November 20 to help you accelerate your impact.

You will learn how to:

–    Develop innovative ideas for solving complex challenges
–    Build and test new programs, services, and approaches
–    How prototypes can catalyze community efforts and systems change

These workshops will be full of simple, practical tools to put human-centred design, design thinking, and prototyping into use in your own initiatives. These tools are valuable methods for changing your approach to old problems and tackling new challenges.
